New York is one of the toughest cities to succeed in, especially when entering the restaurant biz. The competition is fierce, and anyone willing to give it a go knows good food and decent service will not make the cut. These days not only will you need a unique and spontaneous menu, but the interior design of your space must leave a lasting impression on your diners. Going out to eat can be pricey, and for some, they save eating out for special occasions, therefore searching and planning for a restaurant that will deliver a memorable experience.   Above, are the names and locations of some of the newest, trendiest restaurants across the boroughs of New York.  If you take a closer look, you may notice that modern industrial, clean/sleek, and green/organic are the designs of choice for these new places. And I think it is safe to say they are here to stay.
