Beam Me Up!
Welcome to Uniqlo's "Starship Enterprise" their NYC 5th avenue flagship store, where traditional retail displays become something out of the ordinary. One of our summer projects was to make these futuristic interactive tubes to house mannequins that were decked out in Airism looks. The fog released quickly into the tubes on a cycle and then cleared out within seconds to display how the cool moisture absorbent technology works. Complete with a cool blue lighting effect and an oh-so-refreshing sound, it was just what was needed to catch shopper's attention to draw them into experience and purchase the comfort unlimited technical innerwear.
